Winemaker Notes:
Electric Raspberry is produced from 100% whole red raspberries grown in Oregon. We pressed 9 tons of raspberries this year to produce 400 cases of Electric Raspberry. Electric raspberry is fermented at 51 degrees F. to retain the intense red raspberry aromas and flavors. The wine has 4% r.s. and is 12.5% alcohol. Electric raspberry is very appealing because it is only semi-sweet.
