The goal in production of Niagara Blanc is to make a wine that retains the flavor and aroma of the fresh fruit. Producing a balanced, clean and fresh Niagara requires attention to acid levels and routinely removing suspended solids. Alcohol content of Niagara Blanc is 11.2% and the r.s. is 3.7% Although not for everyone, Niagara Blanc has won Gold medals and Best of Class awards and is a good representative of a white American grape wine.
